Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice:

  • Clients must provide at least 2 business days’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 2 business days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fees:

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a fee of 1.5x hourly rate of expectant appointment length.

  • Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Stability OT.

3. Repeated Cancellations:

  • Clients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows within a three-month period may be required to prepay for future sessions or risk discontinuation of services.
